Nashville, Tennessee (WTVF) — The surge in tourists this weekend means a few busy days for restaurants and shops.

People are using it to celebrate this long holiday weekend.

In the case of Craig Sims, his family chose to visit Nashville from Dallas. They wanted to relive the mediocrity.

“I came here because it’s open,” Sims said. “She graduated last year and was robbed of all her seniors.

Shops are also benefiting from this surge in tourists.

Owned by Brittany Hartwell Molly Green, A retail store with multiple locations, such as Hillsboro and Fifth + Broadway.

Hartwell told me that her store sales surged this weekend.

“I think more and more people are going on trips and taking a break from work,” Hartwell said.

According to BNA, about 50,000 passengers per day pass through the airport on weekends, making it the busiest airport of the year.

According to AAA, about 40 million Americans traveled more than 50 miles this weekend. This is a significant increase from May last year.

What is a rebound?

We want to help as Middle Tennessee is working to recover from the effects of the coronavirus. Whether it’s getting back to work, managing this uncertain time, or managing pressure, we’re working on finding a solution. In addition, I would like to tell a story of hope, inspiration, and creativity as central Tennessee begins to recover.
