Trampoline on I-10, driver assists State Trooper – Tucson, Arizona

Tucson, Arizona (KGUN) — In two days, two separate aerial trampolines were unleashed in the sky of Tucson.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety shared on Saturday, May 21, that state soldiers witnessed a dust devil-carried trampoline being blown over a highway wall to the I-10.

The trooper was engaged in a traffic stop when he saw sporting goods bounce back into the east-to-west lane near the exit on 6th Avenue.

Before the trampoline was able to fly again, a passing truck driver used his car to push it into his right shoulder. The trooper then secured the trampoline with a tie-down strap on the patrol vehicle to prevent potential traffic accidents.

AZDPS did not report any specific damage as a result of the trampoline.

The day before It was reported that another trampoline was blowing into the power lineAccording to Tucson Electric Power, 2,000 customers have been shut down.

AZDPS has asked the public via Twitter to protect their home trampoline to prevent future incidents.
