according to it Handwritten notes From one of the participants in the conversation. A memo of the December 27 call was released Friday by the Democratic-led Housing Oversight Commission.

This memo highlights the length Trump has taken to overturn the outcome of the election and elicit the support of law enforcement and other government leaders in its efforts.

The note shows that at one point Trump told then Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen, “Tell me that the election was corrupt and leave the rest to me.”

The memo was taken by Richard Donohue, then Rosen’s adjutant, who was also on the phone.

The call came a few days after former Attorney General William Barr resigned, with Rosen taking charge of the Justice Department during the turbulent period from election to inauguration.

This included the events surrounding the riots at the US Capitol when Congress worked to prove the victory of Joe Biden’s electoral college.
