Nashville (WSMV)-According to TSA, vacation trips seem to be slowing for the foreseeable future.
On New Year’s Eve, the number of people passing through airport security fell below one million for the first time since Christmas day.
According to the TSA, agents have screened 870,000 passengers in the last two weeks.
Millions of people have been scanned at airport security checkpoints, raising public health concerns about the spread of the coronavirus.
The TSA reports that a total of 4,978 federal personnel have tested positive for COVID-19. Of that total, 44 were reported at Nashville International Airport (BNA).
The last COVID-19 case reported at BNA was 12/26/20.
