The association said the accident happened when the horse took a bad step into a distant turn and fell on the truck. Officials said another horse was inevitable and fell and turned the driver over. One driver, James Dodson, stood up quickly, but officials said he was scheduled to be tested for injuries later. Another driver, Chris Shaw, was taken to a local hospital for evaluation.
