“A lot of restaurants are attending this year. Unfortunately, after reopening as a state, some restaurants couldn’t reopen for lunch due to lack of employees,” says Padilla.
Mario pizza owner Eddie Bulgarello told KOB 4 last week that his restaurant was very understaffed.
“Currently, the cafeteria is open, so we can’t hire servers, cooks, or other employees. That’s very difficult,” he said.

Adrian Perez, President of Heritage Hotels and Resorts, said:
Padilla said this is a good opportunity for people to explore new career opportunities, as they are employed by so many different companies.
“I have to start somewhere. Looking back on my career, I didn’t know anything about the company I got a job at, and I’ve become an entire career, so I hope I can do that. Just because I don’t know, I’m connected at this job fair. “
You don’t need memorable outfits or resumes, but they can be useful. Job seekers should bring paper and pencils.
“Some companies are planning to hire on-site, so we really need to get off tomorrow,” Padilla said.
