UPDATE-Utility Billing and Development Services Software System Maintenance – Riverside, California

Corpus Christi, Texas – The City of Corpus Christi will begin maintenance of the city’s utility billing and development service software. From Thursday, October 28, 5 pm to Sunday, October 31, 2021. The system will return online on Monday, November 1, 2021.

Utility costs: During the maintenance period, you will not be able to pay for utilities online or by phone. For the convenience of our customers, all customers have an additional week (Friday, October 29th to Monday, November 8th) to make payments online without late fees. Automatic draft payments will be drafted on schedule. Payments will also be accepted directly on Friday, October 29, 2021 at City Hall 1201 Leopard Street and at the HEB Store in the Business Center. To pay directly, you need a copy of the utility bill.

Development service: Online and face-to-face applications and payments will not be available during the maintenance period. Inspections requested on Friday, October 29, 2021 before 4:00 pm Thursday, October 28, 2021 will be performed as requested on Friday.

Reaching the community for both water bill payments and development service processing includes the use of social media, city websites, and payment portals.
