Cleveland (WJW) – FOX 8I team I got a video showing justice on the street after the invasion of the house.

The attacker found himself trapped before the Cleveland police arrived. But that’s not the only story.

Police videos show how police officers went to search for a house, and they only had to look behind one door. It happened near East 106th Street and Woodland Avenue.

You can see police crawling through the window as they surround the house and prepare to search for the suspect.

Investigators said he used the bar to carry out a house invasion and attack the man in his head. But he hid and couldn’t go anywhere. For some reason, the victim locked him behind the door to the basement.

In the video, you can see a policeman knocking on the door and returning to the sliding lock. As soon as they opened the door, they saw Desert Spraggins. He raised his hand and then the policeman handcuffed it.

Kaiyahoga County prosecutor has charged Spraggins. This video has just been released to Team I because he has just been sentenced. But he’s not going to jail.

In the ruling, Kaiyahoga County prosecutors insisted that Spraggins should be trapped. According to records, he has been charged nearly 12 times so far. He had already been released on parole at the time of the crime. In the ruling, the victim told the judge that he just wanted to feel at ease.

Nevertheless, Deborah Turner, a common petition judge in Kaiyahoga County, did not drive out Spragins. He left the judicial center with an order not to get into trouble and to ask for help.

His ruling includes 90 days of house arrest and two years of probation, and the court expects him to follow a mental health treatment plan. If he messes up, he goes to jail.

Prosecutors said in this case Spraggins actually attacked the person who helped him earlier.

In the video, you can hear Spraggins telling the executives: I was just going out and trying to sit on the porch. “
