The plan is for GDP growth of 6-6.5%, processing and manufacturing sector of GDP of 25.5-25.8%, consumer price index average growth rate of 4%, and average labor productivity growth rate of Vietnam. According to Dia’s report, 5.5%, the agricultural workforce accounts for 27.5% of the total social workforce.
The country expects to raise the trained workforce to 67%, keep the unemployment rate in cities below 4% and achieve a multilateral poverty reduction rate of 1-1.5%.
According to the 2022 Socio-Economic Development Plan, Vietnam’s per capita GDP is likely to rise to $ 3,900 in 2022. The country aims to reach a per capita GDP of $ 5,000 by 2025 and reach developed countries by 2045. The proportion of industrial zones and treatment zones with wastewater treatment systems that meet environmental standards is expected to reach 91%.
