Warrant out for arrest of man accused of robbing fast-food restaurants – Albuquerque, New Mexico

Albuquerque, New Mexico (KRQE) – There are arrest warrants for men accused of a series of robbers primarily targeting fast food restaurants in the metro. NS Albuquerque Police Station Devinnieto and two other suspects say they have been accused of robbery at least four times this month, including Taco Bell along San Mateo.

Each, armed with an AK-47 and a pistol, walks asking the cashier for money. Nieto dropped his wallet during a robbery at the Twisters along Coors near St. Joseph. Internal police found his ID along with the gun receipt.

Nieto has been arrested for a stolen vehicle and faces several alleged armed robbery. There are no words about the identities of the other suspects involved or how much they escaped.
