Portland, Oregon (KOIN) —Saturday afternoon, multiple vehicles collided in the Farmington area, injuring four people.

According to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, paramedics were dispatched to Highway 219 on Berk Alter Road shortly before 1 pm, where a black SUV and a gray sedan collided.

On June 19, 2021, a crash occurred near Farmington and a life flight was activated (Hillsboro Fire Andrescue).

Lifeflight has been activated for one of the people involved in the crash. The other two were taken to the hospital for further treatment. All four are expected to survive.

Burkhalter blocked traffic in both directions on the highway, but it has since resumed.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
