Webster Groves, Missouri (KMOV.com) – Webster Groves can vote for approval of a large redevelopment project with an incentive of $ 35 million.

The Douglas Hill Redevelopment Project is centered around the Gore and West Carcam Avenue areas. The $ 320 million project will replace 15 acres of warehouses and small buildings with apartments, condos, restaurants, offices and retail space.

The historic Black Church, the Old Community Baptist Church, will be saved. The city council will vote for tax incentives and rezoning at a meeting on Tuesday.
