Portland, Oregon (KOIN) —The Oregon Department of Health reported 167 newly identified / estimated cases of coronavirus on Sunday, indicating that infections continue to decline.

To date, 205,029 Oregons have been infected with COVID-19.

The number of virus deaths in Oregon increased to 2,730 after another casualty was added on Sunday. A 58-year-old man from Multnomah County, whose previous medical condition is unknown.

OHA said 15,381 COVID-19 vaccinations have been added to the state’s vaccination registry. The 7-day moving average of the dose administered is currently 17,498 per day.
