Pikes Peak – aka Mountain of America Whether hiking or driving, it has become a top tourist destination in Colorado. “It’s amazing. It’s definitely a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity,” said Caitlin, a tourist who visited the summit of Pikes’ Peak. Surprisingly, however, the number of visitors this year has decreased compared to recent years. Reported by Bill Folsom of KOAA News5.

Variables that could affect visitors include rising gas prices and limited parking spaces, but manager Skyler Rorabaugh has already made adjustments, including adding 25 new parking spaces.the visitor is make a reservation This helps minimize long lines at the entrance.

For nearly 150 years, visitors have visited this historic and memorable site and explored the area. Activities include hiking and backpacking, trail horseback riding, four-wheel drive, an interactive visitor center, and nighttime photography.
