Las Vegas (KLAS) – A junior high school student who shows calmness, elegance and curiosity on a tour of 8NewsNow.
Before saying goodbye to the students at the end of their visit, news anchor Heather Mills was amazed that the enthusiastic students had learned everything they needed to do a media job.
Their teacher, David Wright, said that the bells and whistles in our building are cool (“I love to enter the spaceship behind, the control room,” he said), but of the camera. Being in front is not new for them.
“Every day, these students come to school an hour early to help shoot the daily news production,” Faissflix Daily. ” They are 6th, 7th and 8th grade, “he said.
Check out this story video to see what they look like when we give them the opportunity to become junior weather companions!
Thanks again to the kids, teacher Wright, and Jen Rocford for guiding them at the station.
