Henderson, Nevada (KLAS) – The early numbers for Henderson’s new adaptive traffic light look promising.
Last Monday’s “Driving You Crazy” report installed about 50 cameras with 14 signals from 215 to Anthem along the east, with controller computers capturing real-time traffic data at each intersection and timing the signals. It was about a test project to coordinate. To relieve the congestion that is crazy about you. County Commissioner Michael Naft represents the region and is pleased with the preliminary report. “During the afternoon hours, the number of vehicle stops has been reduced from 5.1 to point 9.”
