Wichita, Kansas (KSNW) – Wichita Transit announced Thursday The Q-Line route will resume on Saturday, May 29th.
The Q-Line, which has not been used for 14 months for COVID-19, has a new look. The old Q-Line trolley has been replaced with a new 100% electric fleet.
“These will be much more comfortable for passengers,” Nathaniel Hinkel, senior communications specialist at Wichita Transit, told KSN in a recent interview.
The new trolley features a larger bike rack, boarding ramps and free Wi-Fi access.
The trolley runs approximately every 15 minutes. The map is below.
Hours are Monday to Thursday from 5 pm to 11 pm, Friday from 5 pm to midnight, and Saturday from 11 am to midnight. The noon route was deleted because I wasn’t interested.
