Does the pandemic want to know more about the history of your family? Did you impulsively buy a DNA test on the internet at midnight and didn’t know what to do with the results? The Wisconsin Historical Society has your back!

From 9 am to 3 pm on Saturday, April 10th, the Historical Society and host Patricia Glover-Howard will be attending. Webinar Learn the basics of genealogy, such as where to get public records and how to preserve history by family dictation. please do not worry. The webinar will take a 15-minute break between lectures and a 45-minute lunch break.

Patricia Glover-Howard is an entrepreneur, educator and genealogy enthusiast. She co-hosts Bernice Alexander Bennett’s BlogTalk radio show, The National Archives and Beyond! She also collaborates with middle and high school students through a program established by Harvard University professor and PBS host Henry Louis Gates Jr. A celebrity guest who discovers a family tree through a DNA test and delves into the National Archives.

If you are interested, the deadline will be April 8th (Thursday) at noon. The webinar costs $ 40, but it’s cheaper than going to the movies and having dinner if you have friends all day long.
