Greenville County, South Carolina (WSPA) – A woman was arrested in connection with the murder of a couple in Greenville County.
Reported earlier Alice and Ansel Butiron were found shot dead in their home on Hunter Road, Simpsonville.
The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office said Jerry Yancey entered Butiron’s house on June 15 and shot both multiple times.
Yancey is a contractor and has agreed to work for Butyron. However, he was not a licensed contractor in South Carolina.
After further investigation, the agent discovered Yancey at Woodspring Suites in Greenville County.
When the agent announced themselves at the door of his hotel, they said they heard gunshots. In the sheriff’s office, an agent enters the hotel room, I found Yancey in what looks like a self-harm gunshot wound.
