Police said he had ordered Blizzard after talking to Thompson, but said he was upset because it was “watery.” She told the police that she wanted a refund or a new blizzard. When she said this, she told the police, employees started laughing at her and “teasing her.”

Thompson said he drove the car forward because they wanted to fight while arguing with one of the employees. Thompson claimed that some employees were leaving the store, so she pushed the car into the front door and kept the car closed to keep people out.

After watching the surveillance video, police said what the employees said to them was consistent with what was in the surveillance video.

Thompson is currently in Brazos County Jail. Her bond hasn’t been decided yet.
