Tampa, Florida (WFLA) – Florida Police arrested the murder of a woman who was found to be dismembered.

Tampa police say Robert Kessler in Lutz, Florida has been arrested In connection with Stephanie Krone’s death-Overholtz.. Her body was first discovered on November 11 when a fisherman found something that looked like a human foot floating in the water.

Crone-Overholts, Pennsylvania, lived in Florida for several months, but more recently in Kessler’s house, who told WFLA in Nexstar. I happened to meet her in the McDonald’s parking lot. Kessler denied her involvement in death when speaking in a recorded off-camera interview with WFLA.

The detective talked to Kessler. Kessler told investigators that Krone Oberholtz had been with him for several weeks but recently left. A few days later, a murder agent found her car abandoned near Lutz.

Ruben Delgado, interim chief of the Tampa police, said the detective had obtained a warrant to search Kessler’s van and his house and found Krone Oberholtz’s blood in his shoes.

Kessler’s criminal record dates back to the 1980s. He has been in and out of the state prison system seven times.

Stephanie’s son, Sean Oberholtz, told WFLA: No one does. “

According to the chief, the cause of death is still unknown. However, the coroner decided that the case was a murder.

Kessler was charged with a second murder and corpse abuse. Mr. Delgado said Kessler had already been detained on unrelated drug charges.
