Woman helps lead police to suspect after being shot in central Fresno – Fresno, California

Fresno, Calif. (KFSN)-A woman shot dead in a domestic violence incident on Monday night was able to help police track down the suspect.

Fresno police say it happened around 8 pm near Illinois and Nevada Avenues.

Police say the man shot the woman’s lower body. She was the one who called 911.

When the police arrived, the woman rode a bicycle and had the power to guide the police to the suspect near the end of the dead end.

The man was arrested after authorities confirmed that it was a domestic violence case. The relationship between the two has not been announced.

Women are expected to be taken to community community medical centers and survive.
