This week at CES 2025, Birdify presented the Bath Pro, taking cues from products like the Bird Buddy and applying it to a large water saucer with a solar power source in the middle. Two versions of the product will be available during the sale in March: a standalone shower, priced at $250, and a shower with a stand, which bumps the price up another $50. All told, the product is similar to products like Bird Buddy and Birdfy’s own smart birdhouse. There is a pair of onboard lenses: one 2 megapixel with 1080p video capture and the other 3 megapixel, capable of capturing 2K video. The system uses AI-based object detection to spot birdbaths and snap photos, which can then be accessed through the Birdfy app. The standard AI subscription comes with a flush and is free, although the company charges a monthly premium if you want something to correctly identify species. Birdfy also announced the Feeder 2 Duo at CES 2025, a $420 bird feeder that offers two different camera angles.
