Terms of Service

Welcome to eminetra.com (the “Site”), operated by Eminetra (“Eminetra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who may use the Site

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Site. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Informational purposes only

Everything on the Site is provided for general information and education. Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or medical advice, and nothing is an offer or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, asset, or product. 8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and Content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that Content is accurate, complete, or current. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of liability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may update these Terms, and the updated version applies once posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of  Pune, e.g., the Republic of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree that the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your home country.

14. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
  • Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
