There was some question whether filming of “Dead To Me” could resume, but Applegate insisted that he use a wheelchair to proceed with the filming and have a friend take his feet off the camera from time to time. “I’ve put on 40 pounds. I can’t walk without a cane. I want people to know that I’m fully aware of all that,” Applegate said.
