Raspberry Pi, the British maker of computer modules and low-cost computers for industrial users, hobbyists and educators, is considering floating in London.
The company announced late Wednesday that it will issue registration documents as it seeks to list on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
Raspberry Pi began trading in 2012 and says it has sold more than 60 million single-board computers and computer modules since then. Last year, it sold 7.4 million units for $266 million, with 72% going to industrial customers and the rest going to hobbyists and educators.
Jefferies International and Peel Hunt are co-bookrunners.
