Southwest Airlines – The airline’s share price fell 5.2% as it continued to run a shortened schedule. Canceled 60% of flights scheduled for Wednesdaycompeting airlines capped fares to help stranded travelers.
AMC Entertainment – AMC Entertainment’s stock price fell about 4.7% after a day. CEO Adam Aron tweeted that he asked the company’s board of directors. It has frozen salaries for 2023 and urged other executives to refrain from raising salaries.
Generak — Equipment makers rose 5.6% after the start of purchases of Janie Montgomery Scott. The company has set a price target of $160. That means he’s up 75.5% since Tuesday’s close.
Nio — Shares of electric car makers fell 2.6%.That’s based on Tuesday’s 8% slide that came after the announcement Q4 production cuts due to Covid outbreak.
Energy Stocks – A range of energy companies fell as oil and gas prices fell. EQT 7.8% decrease, APA 5.2% decrease, cotera 4.7% decrease. These three names are S&P 500 daytime trading.
maxion — Stocks fell 9.3% after the solar company announced that Bill Mulligan would become its new CEO. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Sila Nanotechnologies.
apple — Stocks of tech giants fell 3.1%. The stock has fallen for the past three days, hitting a 52-week low on Wednesday.
IDEAYABioscience — IDEAYA added 5.7% following the opening of its overweight from Capital One Securities. The company has set a price target of $29, which he’s up 75.4% from Tuesday’s closing.
Kara Pharmaceutical — Biopharmaceutical companies Food and Drug Administration approval About an investigational new drug application as a potential treatment for persistent corneal epithelial defects.
